At Lavan Phere, we are committed to providing a safe environment for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit the use of our platform to endanger children in any way.

  1. 1. Prohibition of CSAE Content We do not tolerate any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
    • Sextortion involving a minor.
    • Trafficking of a child.
    • Sharing, storing, or uploading Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  2. Reporting Mechanism We provide an in-app mechanism for users to report any inappropriate content or behavior. Users can report profiles or content directly within the app via the "Report" button or by contacting our support team at support@laavanphere.com
  3. Action Against Violations If we identify or are made aware of any CSAE content or behavior on Lavan Phere, we will take immediate action, which includes:
    • Permanently banning the user account.
    • Removing the content immediately.
    • Reporting the incident and content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
    • Compliance We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We are dedicated to cooperating with law enforcement agencies to prevent the exploitation of children.
